'AmberGrain started with a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our little pizzeria was once a quaint, family-owned venture drawing on recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her Italian escapades, taking lessons from renowned pizza masters in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza using age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From its origins as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, it has evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple. Yet our dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity endures. We maintain our wood-fire cooking traditions, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and continuously seek out top-tier ingredients.
To this day, 'AmberGrain' is still a family-held enterprise, ushered into its new chapter by the Bianchi lineage's second generation. While we have adopted modern touches, at our core we're devoted to producing delightful, real pizza that unites individuals.
